Job summary

Oda seeks a Director of AI Enablement to set the AI agenda at a global scale, reporting to the CTO. You will co-author strategy, design operating models, and lead the internal AI Community across functions.

You will prototype tools, balance strategic priorities with ROI, and shape governance, training, and enablement with hands-on depth in LLMs. English fluency required; office at Tøyen, Oslo.

Qualifications

• Senior technical leadership track record (staff/principal engineer, technical director, VP engineering, or founder) with impact
• Ability to move between executive discussions and hands-on code work
• Past experience owning outcomes and presenting trade-offs to leadership
• Hands-on depth with LLM APIs, prompt architecture, agent frameworks, and either low-code or full-code tools
• Experience running programs, workshops, or communities across mixed audiences
• High autonomy and comfort leading in ambiguity
• Professional fluency in English

Responsibilities

• Strategy & prioritization: decide which AI opportunities across functions are worth pursuing and defend to leadership with ROI.
• Organizational design: shape how AI capability is built into Oda's operating model (training, governance, team composition).
• Company-wide amplification: grow and run Oda's internal AI Community across functions.
• Hands-on proof of concept: prototype and ship the first working internal AI tool or workflow.
• Executive narrative: define what good AI adoption looks like and communicate it to leadership.
