Nuto is seeking an AI engineer to own the planning and technical quality of production-ready AI solutions in Oslo. You will steer the AI, review output, and ensure the quality and security of everything shipped, while mentoring the team for greater efficiency.

Responsibilities include leading customer workshops, translating business needs to technical designs, and building robust production-grade LLM solutions with data flows and integrations.

Qualifications

• Development experience and solid engineering craft.
• Knowledge of agentic coding, LLMs and AI tools with production deployments.
• Up-to-date with models, techniques and tools; weigh quality vs. cost.
• Ability to iterate quickly and solve customer problems, not just code.

Responsibilities

• Own deliveries end to end, from the first customer meeting and workshop until the solution is live.
• Build production LLM solutions: agents, integrations and data flows, not just prototypes.
• Contribute in customer workshops by translating business needs into technical solutions.
• Quality-check what the AI produces, ensuring security in production.
• Build competence in the team and improve efficiency.
