Derry organisation is seeking a Chartered Structural Engineer to lead a diverse portfolio of projects from design through to completion. You will manage graduates and technicians, act as the main client contact, and collaborate with contractors and consultants to deliver high-quality outcomes on time and within budget.

Essential criteria include chartered status, a BEng in Structural or Civil Engineering, and 5+ years post-graduate experience. Hybrid working is offered after onboarding.

Qualifications

• Chartered Structural Engineer status required.
• Five years+ post-graduate experience in a similar environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead from design through to completion across a diverse project portfolio.
• Manage graduates and junior engineers; act as primary client contact.
• Coordinate with contractors and multi-disciplinary consultants to deliver on time and on budget.
• Oversee site inspections and quality assurance; identify and mitigate risks.
