SRM Concrete is seeking a Central Dispatch leader to connect customers, drivers, and plants for reliable concrete deliveries. You will manage multiple orders, schedules, and priorities while maintaining exceptional customer service and team collaboration.

The role emphasizes leadership, swift problem solving, and process improvement within a high-volume office. Candidates should be comfortable learning new dispatch systems and upholding safety and quality standards.

• Experience in dispatch, logistics, or customer service is helpful, but a positive attitude and eagerness to learn are most important.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and communications, ensuring customer needs are met with urgency and care.
• Coordinate with plant managers, drivers, and sales teams to guarantee timely deliveries.
• Set the standard for professionalism and teamwork within Central Dispatch.
• Monitor performance metrics and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Address delivery or quality issues and turn challenges into opportunities to exceed expectations.
• Build strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and SRM team members to ensure seamless communication.
