Job summary

Halliburton Energy Services in Stavanger, Norway, seeks a structured Technical Planner to drive technical planning and operational readiness for cementing activities offshore. You will translate job requirements into executable plans, coordinate equipment readiness with workshop, logistics and operations, and ensure safety and compliant documentation before mobilization.

You will need five years of offshore experience, cementing equipment knowledge, IT skills (Microsoft 365, SAP), and bilingual

Qualifications

• Five+ years offshore operational experience preferred.
• Knowledge of cementing equipment (surface and downhole).
• Understanding of technical documentation, planning and equipment readiness.
• Strong IT skills in Microsoft 365, SAP and similar planning systems.
• Fluent Norwegian and English (written and spoken).
• Structured, accurate, and systematic work approach even in high activity.

Responsibilities

• Technically plan and follow up upcoming cementing operations.
• Review job programs, technical requirements and customer specifications; close clarifications.
• Coordinate technical preparation of surface and downhole equipment with workshop, logistics and operations.
• Follow up equipment status, certification, maintenance, materials, and documentation before mobilization.
• Support planning of personnel, equipment, milestones; identify risks and dependencies.
• Prepare and maintain work packs, checklists, status overviews and other planning docs.
• Ensure effective information flow between customers, engineering, operations and support functions.
• Support post-job evaluations and lessons learned.
