Job description

We’re looking for a Campaign Strategist to support our work across employee experience (EX), behaviour change and brand campaigns. This is a brilliant opportunity to join our award-winning independent creative agency in the heart of Shoreditch.

Our brand team has an impressive client roster and a list of fascinating projects that are growing by the day. You’ll be working on some of the most complex challenges organisations face, from digital adoption to cybersecurity and cultural change.

This role will lead and support the delivery of a variety of campaign and employee experience projects for new and existing clients.

That means, in any given week, you might be:
  • Conducting primary and secondary research, including market analysis, stakeholder interviews, surveys, quantitative studies, using AI to support the process where appropriate.
  • Building an understanding of how different audiences perceive organisations, and what drives trust and credibility.
  • Preparing and occasionally leading a variety of workshops, stakeholder interviews and sessions to understand the challenges our clients face
  • Analyse inputs and develop sharp findings and strategy proposals anchored in clear and compelling insights
  • Using campaign strategy and behavioural models as needed for client projects
  • Shaping journeys and internal communications to engage employees.
  • Inspiring the creative team to develop compelling ideas through compelling creative briefs and insights
  • Working with creative and film teams to define a core idea, strategy or story, unpack it in the context of the client’s core challenge and connect more effectively with their specific audiences
Proven experience

You’re probably an established consultant and/or strategist in an agency with experience spanning brand, campaigns and/or EX. Equally, you could be a talented junior strategist or consultant looking to grow in your next role.

Qualifications

You may have a degree or equivalent level in communications, marketing or a related field, but equally you may not. We care much more about experience than education.

A good communicator

You’re proactive and clear in communications. You ask great questions and are as confident interviewing audiences as you are communicating your findings. Your writing is clear, has a bit of personality, and is grounded in truth.

Someone interested & curious

You’re a naturally curious person, with a genuine interest in communications and brands. You’re always reading and researching, and you like to find out the real reason ‘why’ something is the case.

Driven by quality

You’re confident using a range of qualitative and quantitative research methods and selecting the right approach for the task. You pride yourself on delivering work that is evidence-led and on-brand. You’re an ideas champion, passionate about ensuring strategy is realised through sharp and effective creative.

RY embraces diversity and equal opportunity. We are committed to building a team that represents a variety of backgrounds, perspectives, and skills. The more inclusive we are, the better our work will be.
