Job summary

CTS Nordics is seeking an experienced General Services Site Camp Manager for the Fyresdal project in Telemark, Norway. You will oversee day-to-day management and coordination of all general services at the site, ensuring safe, efficient operations and high standards of welfare, accommodation, catering, logistics and security.

You will work closely with subcontractors and site management to maintain service levels, manage budgets, and implement continuous improvements in a large-scale project

Qualifications

• Experience in Camp/Site Services management or Facilities Management.
• Experience coordinating accommodation, catering, logistics, security and welfare services.
• Strong understanding of HSE, fire safety and site regulations.
• Excellent organisational and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent Norwegian and English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all general site services including offices, accommodation, catering, welfare and site utilities.
• Coordinate and supervise service providers and subcontractors to meet SLAs and RAMS.
• Manage mobilisation/demobilisation of modules and site infrastructure.
• Ensure HSE compliance and regular safety system checks.
• Oversee budgets, POs and general service costs.
• Prepare operational plans, rosters and emergency procedures.
• Coordinate accommodation bookings, housekeeping and catering per workforce rosters.
• Lead site inspections, QA checks and defect tracking with suppliers.
