Job summary

Naimar in Oslo is seeking a Junior Buyer to join our growing production team. You will help ensure production has the right materials at the right time by handling MRP requirements, purchase orders, deliveries and supplier follow-ups.

The ideal candidate is quick, smart, structured and proactive, with 1–3 years in purchasing or supply chain, solid Excel skills, experience with ERP/MRP systems, and fluent Norwegian and English.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, supply chain, logistics or material planning.
• Good Excel skills and experience with ERP/MRP systems.
• Good Norwegian and English.
• A practical and commercial mindset.

Responsibilities

• Process MRP requirements and create and follow up purchase orders.
• Ensure materials are available according to production needs.
• Follow up suppliers, deliveries, prices and lead times.
• Identify and solve potential material shortages or delays.
• Communicate with Norwegian and international suppliers.
• Support supplier contracts, price agreements and renewals.
• Work closely with Production and Warehouse to prioritise urgent needs.
• Help improve our purchasing and material-planning processes.

You will work closely with Production, Warehouse, Engineering and suppliers, handling everything from MRP requirements and purchase orders to delivery follow-up and supplier agreements.
