  • Partner closely with stakeholders across Commercial, Product and Operations to identify strategic opportunities for growth and improvement.

  • Develop and maintain dashboards and analytical frameworks that enable teams to make informed, data‑driven decisions.

  • Help define and maintain consistent business metrics and KPIs.

  • Translate complex data into clear, compelling narratives and recommendations that drive measurable business outcomes.

  • Challenge assumptions and requirements to ensure we’re solving the right business problems.

  • Continuously monitor and improve data quality, ensuring stakeholders can trust the insights they use.

  • Proactively explore data to uncover emerging trends, risks and opportunities.

Your background
  • A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics or another quantitative field, or equivalent professional experience.

  • 2+ years of professional experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics or a similar analytics role.

  • Advanced SQL skills, with the ability to independently extract, manipulate and analyse complex datasets.

  • Experience using Tableau or another mainstream BI/data visualisation tool, such as Power BI, Looker, Metabase or Sisense.

  • Strong commercial awareness and an ability to connect analysis with meaningful business outcomes.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • A proactive approach, with the confidence to ask questions, challenge assumptions and take ownership.

  • Comfortable working with ambiguity and turning complex business requirements into meaningful insights.

The role is based in London, UK, with a hybrid working model requiring three days per week in the office.
