A leading business development company in Norway seeks a candidate experienced in sales and client servicing. You will identify partners in the interior design and carpentry sectors, promote products, and develop long-term client relationships. A diploma in Business or related fields and 2–3 years of experience are required. The position requires strong communication skills and self-motivation, with an advantage for those knowledgeable in the renovation industry.
Identify and approach showroom IDs, contractors, and carpentry owners to build partnerships and explore new business opportunities.
Promote the company’s products and services to potential clients through showroom visits, networking, and presentations.
Develop and maintain strong, long-term client relationships to ensure repeat business.
Work closely with the Sales Manager to develop and execute market plans for assigned accounts.
Conduct effective follow-ups with clients, ensuring high satisfaction and timely project execution.
Track sales activities, prepare reports, and achieve sales targets.
Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking sessions to increase brand visibility.
Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or a related field.
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or client servicing (interior design, carpentry, or construction industry preferred).
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
Knowledge of the interior design and renovation industry is an advantage.
