Job summary

Tide is seeking both permanent and seasonal bus drivers for Tromsø, offering a unique opportunity to work in Northern Norway with the Midnight Sun and Northern Lights. You will transport passengers safely and contribute to a sustainable transport system while enjoying professional training and relocation support.

The position follows the Norwegian Bus Industry Collective Agreement with an average annual salary around NOK 603,000, plus shift and overtime premiums.

Qualifications

• Category D driving licence required.
• CPC/YSK for bus drivers required.
• Passenger Transport Licence (Kjøreseddel) or eligibility; Tide can assist with application.
• Norwegian, Swedish, or English language skills at a minimum B2 level.

Responsibilities

• Drive buses ensuring passengers reach destinations safely.
• Represent Tide in a professional and customer-focused manner.
