Job summary

GlobalProcure in Alta, Norway is seeking a responsible Driver to safely transport passengers and goods to their destinations. You will operate vehicles, plan routes and maintain timely deliveries.

The role requires a valid license, clean driving record, and willingness to work flexible hours. Visa sponsorship is available for qualified candidates; Norwegian language skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• 1+ year of driving experience preferred.
• Knowledge of traffic laws and vehicle maintenance.
• Ability to pass background check and drug/alcohol screening.
• Fluent in English; Norwegian helpful but not required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Job description

We are seeking a responsible and reliable Driver to join our team in Alta Norway. As a Driver you will be responsible for safely and efficiently transporting passengers and goods to their destinations.

Responsibilities

• Operate vehicles in a safe and courteous manner
• Follow all traffic laws and regulations
• Plan routes to ensure timely delivery of passengers or goods
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and perform regular maintenance checks
• Assist passengers with loading and unloading of luggage or goods
• Communicate effectively with dispatch to coordinate schedules and report any issues or delays
• Keep accurate records of mileage fuel consumption and passengergoods counts

Requirements

• Valid drivers license with a clean driving record
• At least 1 year of driving experience experience as a commercial or public transportation driver is preferred
• Knowledge of traffic laws safe driving practices and vehicle maintenance procedures
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights weekends and holidays if needed
• High school diploma or equivalent 12 pass jobs welcome
• Good communication skills in English Norwegian language skills are also preferred but not required
• Ability to pass a background check and drugalcohol screening

Salary $1100 per month negotiable based on experience
