Job summary

Victrix Legion in Stavanger region seeks an IT Infrastructure Specialist responsible for ICT infrastructure management and project governance. You will lead change/configuration procedures, ensure cybersecurity compliance, and oversee QA/QC across CIS builds, desktops, and software systems.

You will validate IT systems before operational deployment or customer handover. Strong analytical and reporting skills are required to identify non-compliances and deliver technical audit reports, while

• Knowledge of cybersecurity principles, CIS security policies, and compliance requirements within operational and exercise environments
• Ability to conduct Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) processes for CIS builds, desktop image builds, IT equipment, and software systems
• Experience in testing and validation of IT systems prior to operational deployment, exercises, or customer handover
• Strong analytical and reporting skills, including the ability to identify non-compliances and produce detailed technical audit reports
• Leadership and team management experience, including coordinating technicians and directing quality audit activities
• Effective communication and coordination skills to liaise with internal units, stakeholders, and customers
