Job summary

Radisson Hotel Group in Oslo is seeking a friendly, efficient part-time Waiter to deliver an excellent breakfast experience. You will uphold high service standards, ensure guest satisfaction, and assist with breakfast setup.

The role requires early mornings, weekend availability, and a professional appearance. You will work with the team to maintain a clean breakfast area and follow health and safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a waiter/waitress, preferably in a hotel or breakfast setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Ability to work early morning shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
• Proficiency in English and/or Norwegian.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly with Yes I Can! spirit.
• Ensure tables are properly set and maintained throughout service.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and respond promptly to any requests or concerns.
• Clear tables and reset them for the next guests.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the breakfast area.
• Follow all health and safety regulations.
• Assist with buffet setup and replenishment if applicable.
• Collaborate with kitchen and other staff to ensure smooth service.
