Tesla Norway AS is seeking a skilled Body Repair Technician to join our Bodyshop in Sandnes. You will perform repairs on Tesla vehicles, from basic bodywork to mid-level fixes, ensuring quality, efficiency and safety in collaboration with a local and global team.

Requirements include proven body repair experience, a valid driving license, and the ability to follow Tesla repair procedures with attention to detail and deadlines. A strong safety mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Body Repair Technician in a body shop.
• Experience with Tesla vehicles preferred.
• Valid driving license.
• Ability to follow safety instructions with attention to detail.
• Able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate understanding of vehicle construction, tooling and repair processes.
• Remove, install and replace panels and components with quality checks.
• Carry out cosmetic repairs following Tesla repair procedures.
• Ensure safety and environmental health and safety compliance.
• Support other Bodyshop departments as needed.
• Meet daily targets set by the production manager.
