Jobswoop is recruiting on behalf of employers across Norway for skilled automotive professionals. Whether you work as a car mechanic, auto technician, vehicle painter, or body/damage repair technician, we have open positions with workshops and dealerships throughout the country.

About the positions

We are looking for experienced and motivated professionals to join automotive workshops across Norway, including dealerships, repair shops, and body shops. Positions are available nationwide, in both larger cities and smaller communities.

Main tasks

• Diagnosing, servicing, and repairing vehicles according to manufacturer standards
• Mechanical maintenance, troubleshooting, and component replacement
• Vehicle painting, surface preparation, and colour matching
• Collision and body damage repair, panel work, and refinishing
• Quality control and documentation of completed work
• Communicating with customers and colleagues about vehicle condition and repairs

We are looking for candidates who have:

• Vocational training or a trade certificate in vehicle mechanics, automotive technology, vehicle painting, or body repair (or equivalent practical experience)
• Relevant work experience from a workshop, dealership, or body shop
• A valid driver’s licence
• Good attention to detail and a structured way of working
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to relocate to Norway
• Basic English skills; Norwegian is an advantage but not required for all positions
