At Bulk, our mission is to build sustainable infrastructure that supports the digital society of tomorrow. As one of the leading providers of sustainable, high-performance data center solutions in the Nordics, we design and operate infrastructure that powers the digital economy - efficiently, securely, and with 100% renewable energy.

What you'll do:

As our Billing and Revenue Manager, you’ll play a key role in securing healthy cash flow, financial accuracy, and customer satisfaction. You’ll collaborate closely with Finance, IT, and Site Management to strengthen our processes and implement continuous improvements that scale with Bulk’s growth.

This role can work from either Kristiansand or Oslo, depending on what the right candidate prefers.

Your key responsibilities will be:

  • Oversee the end-to-end billing cycle for all customer accounts, including specialized energy billing based on utilization and Power Usage Effectiveness (PuE).
  • Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of all invoices, collaborating with IT and Operations to validate data and usage metrics.
  • Manage service charge reconciliation, ensuring all billable items are accurately recorded and aligned with contractual agreements.
  • Work with the Finance team to reconcile billed amounts, resolve discrepancies, and support month-end and year-end closing.
  • Develop and maintain pricing models and strategies for data center ancillary services in collaboration with commercial teams.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance billing processes, systems, and controls.
  • Support the implementation of new technologies and tools, contributing to testing and system optimization.
Who are you?

You are a structured and proactive professional who enjoys both the analytical and collaborative aspects of finance operations. You understand how accurate billing impacts customer trust and financial performance. You bring a keen eye for detail, and the ability to turn complex data into actionable insights.

What you bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in billing, revenue management, or financial operations, ideally within data center, energy, utilities, or technology sectors.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and contracts.
  • Proficiency with ERP and billing systems.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
  • A proactive mindset and a passion for process improvement and quality.
  • Fluency in English is required.
  • Eligibility for security clearance will be required.
Why join us?
  • Play a key role in ensuring financial precision in one of the Nordics’ most exciting infrastructure companies.
  • Join a collaborative, high-performing team with strong cross-functional exposure.
  • Gain experience at the intersection of operations, finance, and customer success.

What we offer our Bulkies:

  • A dynamic, growth-oriented workplace with a strong sustainability focus.
  • Comprehensive insurance (health, travel – business & private) and annual health check.
  • Additional time off during Easter and Christmas.
  • Monthly contribution to home internet costs and sustainable commuting.
