A global recruitment agency is seeking a Bilingual Norwegian-English Content Moderator in Thessaloniki. This role involves reviewing and evaluating various content types to ensure compliance with client policies. Candidates should have fluency in both languages and a minimum of one year of relevant experience. A comprehensive relocation package is included for candidates moving from abroad.

As a Content Moderator, you will be responsible forreviewing and evaluating various types of content including videos, newsarticles, images, political advertisements, and social media profiles.Your primary task will be to assess and categorize content based oncriteria such as age-appropriateness, violence levels, sexual content,and political transparency, ensuring alignment with the clients policiesand guidelines.
To support your work, you will receive comprehensive training on theclients policy enforcement protocols. Your efforts will play a key rolein maintaining the integrity of the digital environment and fostering apositive user experience.
Key Requirements:
- Readiness to work onsite in Thessaloniki on a rotational shiftbasis ensuring 24/7 coverage for your market (in rotational 8-hour workshifts). Night shifts represent only around 15% of total working hours,totalling around 3 night shifts per month.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in operations, shared services, or a customer experience environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Fluency in both Norwegian and English, with strong reading and verbal communication skills in both languages.
- EU member state passport or a valid residence card for Greece
