Qualifications

• Fluency in both English and Chinese (written and spoken).
• Excellent listening, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Strong knowledge of cultural nuances in both languages.
• Proven experience as an interpreter or translator preferred but not required.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsabilités

• Act as a liaison between English and Chinese speakers.
• Listen carefully to conversations and accurately interpret the meaning and tone.
• Provide simultaneous interpretation during meetings, conferences, and phone calls.
• Translate written documents from English to Chinese or vice versa.
• Ensure cultural sensitivity in all interpretations.
• Maintain confidentiality of all interpreted conversations and documents.
