Workato is seeking an Entry-Level Sales Representative in the Bergen area. You will promote and sell our products, learn from an experienced team, and work toward sales targets.

This full-time role offers Monday–Friday hours with occasional evenings or weekends as needed. Salary is 1600$ per month plus commission, and the position is suitable for students seeking part-time work during studies.

Formación

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent communication skills in English (Norwegian a plus).
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with diverse groups.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
• Prior experience in sales or customer service is preferred but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Promote and sell company products or services to potential customers in the Bergen area.
• Conduct research to identify potential customers in the Bergen area.
• Engage with customers via calls, emails, and face-to-face meetings.
• Explain product features and benefits and answer questions.
• Negotiate prices and terms of sales agreements.
• Collaborate with the sales team to reach targets.
• Build relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
