Citybox Hotels is expanding, aiming to open a new large hotel in Tromsø and a third property in Bergen, increasing our Norwegian footprint. The sales role focuses on filling rooms by engaging guests and building long-term relationships across Norway.

Based in Bergen, you will manage the full sales cycle, collaborate with Operations, Revenue and Marketing, and occasionally travel to key markets including Tromsø, Kristiansand and Bergen.

Qualifikationen

• Several years of sales experience, preferably from hotel, travel or other commercial roles.
• Familiar with CRM systems and keeping track of your own pipeline.
• Willing to travel and work across Norway while based in Bergen.

Aufgaben

• Sell hotel rooms to current and future guests and secure bookings to fill hotels.
• Identify and engage potential customers across travel, sports clubs, corporations, and projects.
• Collaborate with Operations, Revenue and Marketing to optimize hotel occupancy.
