Ideal candidates should have ICF certification or a relevant master's degree, along with proficiency in evidence-based coaching methods. Fluency in English is required.

Qualifications

• Active International Coaching Federation (ICF) Certification OR a Master’s/Postgraduate Diploma in Counseling.
• Proficiency in coaching methods and evidence-based approaches.
• ICF Coaches with 200+ coaching hours, or Counsellors with 300+ post-graduation clinical hours.

Using your expertise, you’ll guide clients through personalized, 30-minute video sessions designed around their unique goals.

What You'll Do

• Provide 1-on-1 telehealth professional or mental health coaching for Intellect’s clients
• Focus on non-clinical cases such as work stress, procrastination, work-life balance, etc.
• Support clients in achieving personal, career, or relationship goals
• Collaborate with our internal clinical team to continuously enhance our platform and programs

Requirements

• Qualifications: Active International Coaching Federation (ICF) Certification OR a Master’s/Postgraduate Diploma in Counseling
• Expertise: Proficiency in coaching methods and evidence-based approaches (e.g., Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, DBT, SFBT)
• Experience: ICF Coaches with 200+ coaching hours, or Counsellors with 300+ post-graduation clinical hours

Languages: Fluency in English and the local language
