Balthazar is a cozy and intimate bar in the center of Tromsø, offering a rotating menu focused on beer, wine and whisky. We are seeking a social, team-oriented bartender for a permanent, part-time 80% position. Applicants should be at least 20 years old and have experience in serving or bartending.

Ideal candidates enjoy working in a fast-paced setting, can handle pressure, and are passionate about quality drinks. We value reliability, friendliness and taking pride in customer service.

We are looking for someone that is a social person as we highly rate the social aspect of the job. As a bartender you will need to work well in a team, but also individually. You need to work well under preassure and having a passion for beer, wine and whisky is a big benefit.

Balthazar is a cozy and intimate bar in the middle of the center of Tromsø, established in 2019. Our focus is on beer, wine and whisky, and with this comes a wide selection of specialty products and a ever changing menu where the hunt for knowledge never ends.

Every year we host a variety of events. Everything from tasting sessions, courses, hosting breweries etc.
