Woopel in Bergen is seeking a skilled Barista to join our cozy cafe, where you will create delicious coffee and tea beverages and provide friendly, attentive service to guests in a welcoming setting.

You will be part of a small team, handle orders, keep the workspace clean, and ensure health and safety standards are followed while delivering high-quality drinks and a positive customer experience.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a barista or in a similar role.
• Excellent knowledge of coffee brewing techniques.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
• Strong communication with customers and team members.
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask during busy periods.
• Availability to work full-time including weekends and holidays.
• Proven experience using espresso machines is preferred but not required.
