FutureTech in Alta, Norway is seeking a skilled Barista to join our team. You will prepare and serve coffee and tea beverages, maintain a clean and organized work area, handle cash transactions, and engage with customers to provide excellent service.

The role requires at least 1 year of Barista experience, knowledge of brewing methods, ability to operate espresso machines, strong communication, and flexibility to work weekends and holidays.

Formación

• Minimum of 1 year experience as a Barista.
• Excellent knowledge of different coffee brewing methods.
• Ability to operate espresso machines and other equipment.
• Good communication skills and customer service experience.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Must have legal authorization to work in Norway.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages according to customers' preferences.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times.
• Handle cash transactions accuratelyEngage with customers in a friendly manner and provide excellent service.
• Take orders from customers both in person and over the phone.
• Educate customers on our products and promotions.
• Ensure all food safety standards are met when handling food items.
• Follow health codes and maintain sanitation standards at all times.
