Job description

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Barista to join our team in the beautiful city of Alta Norway As a Barista at our cafe you will be responsible for crafting delicious and high-quality coffee beverages for our customers This is a full-time position with a salary of 1300$ per month and accommodation will be provided

Responsibilities

• - Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks according to customer preferences
• - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cafe including equipment and workstations
• - Take orders handle payments and provide friendly customer service
• - Ensure quality control by monitoring the freshness of ingredients and following recipes accurately
• - Assist with inventory management ordering supplies as needed
• - Train new team members on coffee preparation techniques and customer service standards

Requirements

• - Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar role at least 1 year
• - Knowledge of different types of coffee beans roasts and brewing methods
• - Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• - Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team
• - Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends

Preferred

• - Experience using an espresso machine or other coffee brewing equipment
• - Passion for creating latte art or other creative designs on coffee drinks
