Location Oslo, Norway

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Barista to join our team in Oslo. As a Barista you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of hot and cold beverages including coffee, tea, and other specialty drinks. You will also be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar area.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages according to customer preferences
• Ensure quality by following proper brewing techniques and recipes
• Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, taking orders, and handling payments
• Maintain the cleanliness of the coffee bar area, including equipment, tables, and floors
• Restock supplies as needed throughout the day
• Follow health and safety guidelines at all times
• Collaborate with team members to create new drinks or promotions

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar role is preferred but not required
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and positive attitude
• Knowledge of different types of coffee beans, brewing methods, and latte art is a plus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if needed

Salary

We offer a competitive salary of $1,600 per month for this position.

Contract

This is a contract job with an initial duration of 6 months. However, there is potential for extension based on performance.

Freshers
