Responsibilities

• Greet clients and provide excellent customer service
• Consult with clients to understand their hair care needs and preferences
• Provide hair cutting and styling services using various tools and techniques
• Perform beard trims and shaves
• Apply color or highlights as requested by clients
• Keep work area clean and sanitized at all times
• Recommend hair care products to clients based on their needs
• Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records of sales

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Barber or Hairdresser (preferred but not required)
• Knowledge of various hair cutting techniques and trends
• Good communication skills and ability to build rapport with clients
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time and perform repetitive motions
• Willingness to learn new techniques and attend training if necessary

Preferred qualifications

• Experience working with diverse clientele
• Basic knowledge of sanitation and hygiene practices
• Familiarity with different types of hair textures
