Job summary

BrightHire in Svalbard is seeking an enthusiastic Entry-Level Baker to join our bakery team. No prior experience is required, but you should have a passion for baking and be eager to learn.

You will assist with preparing baked goods, measure ingredients, mix dough, and bake items while following recipes and maintaining quality. Visa sponsorship is available for international candidates, with flexible hours and overtime potential in a full-time role.

Qualifications

• No prior experience necessary but a passion for baking is required.
• Ability to follow instructions and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good time management skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the preparation of baked goods including measuring ingredients, mixing dough and baking items.
• Follow recipes and ensure quality and consistency of products.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Learn and develop new baking techniques under the guidance of experienced bakers.
• Adhere to food safety standards and regulations.
