Vend is looking for a Backend Engineer to join the Discovery team in Oslo (with hybrid work to three days remote). You will work on high-throughput search interfaces, ranking, and real-time discovery with data scientists.

You should have about 3–5 years of backend experience on the JVM, with Kotlin or Java, and a passion for solving open-ended problems across search, relevance, and recommendations in a Nordic scale marketplace environment.
