Job summary

A leading main contractor is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to manage new build and refurbishment projects in the Social Housing sector. The role is based near Watford, Hertfordshire. Ideal candidates will have a strong track record, excellent commercial skills, and the ability to autonomously manage multiple projects. A full UK driving license is required. This is a permanent opportunity with a competitive salary of £55,000 – £65,000 plus package.

• Track record of managing concurrent projects.
• Strong commercial skills required.

• Manage 2 or 3 projects concurrently.
