We are seeking an Automation and Robotics Consultant to lead initiatives in advanced robotics and autonomous systems across asset‑intensive industries. This role is ideal for someone with a strong grounding in Oil & Gas or process manufacturing who thrives on applying robotics to real‑world challenges in capital project environments from topside facilities to subsea installations.

Role Responsibilities
  • Lead specialist initiatives in automation and robotics, focusing on asset analysis and capital project environments.
  • Design, implement, and optimize autonomous systems for topside facilities, subsea installations, and complex industrial operations.
  • Evaluate asset performance data and recommend innovative automation strategies.
  • Support projects end‑to‑end, from feasibility to deployment, ensuring compliance with safety and industry standards.
  • Foster a culture of safety, inclusion, and continuous improvement in robotics and automation initiatives.
Qualifications
  • Demonstrated experience in automation and robotics, within oil & gas or process manufacturing.
  • Proficiency in asset analysis, capital project environments, and advanced robotics technologies.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical solutions clearly to varied stakeholders.
  • Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in diverse teams.
  • Ability to identify and map improvement opportunities across the value chain.
  • Degree in engineering, robotics, automation, or related field; advanced certifications or equivalent experience welcomed.
