Job summary
Northern Lights Tours in Tromsø is seeking guides for the 2026/2027 winter season (Sept 2026–Mar 2027). You will lead tours and support guests with hospitality, safety, and photography tips.
You will work afternoon and night shifts, weekends and holidays, with opportunities to share Arctic knowledge and stories in one of Norway's most stunning settings.

Qualifications
- Strong storytelling, group leadership and guest engagement.
- Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.
- Ability to work afternoon/nights, weekdays, weekends and holidays.
- Represent the company with pride, respect and integrity.
- Prioritize passenger comfort and safety while driving.
Responsibilities
- Help with administrative and logistical work.
- Share knowledge about the Aurora Borealis, local history, and Arctic nature
- Ensure guests' comfort and safety throughout the tour
- Assist guests with photography and provide tips for capturing stunning images
- Monitor weather conditions and Aurora forecasts to maximize tour success
- Collaborate with colleagues to deliver high-quality experiences
- Maintain vehicles and equipment in excellent condition
