A leading engineering company is seeking an experienced Sales Manager for the Nordic marine market. This role involves managing business development activities, building customer relationships, and driving sales. Candidates should have at least 5 years in technical sales within the marine industry, strong communication and negotiation skills, and be fluent in a Scandinavian language and English. Competitive salary and benefits offered, with travel estimated at 70–80 days per year.

Voith Turbo AS is looking for an energetic and motivated Sales Manager for this important role. The position is preferably located in Norway, but if you are qualified and living in another Nordic country please contact us for a chat. You will be expected to travel quite hectically, estimated at 70 – 80 days per year. Most trips are planned, but sometimes you will have to leave at short notice. You will work from home somewhere in Norway, but if you are located close to a Voith office you might use that as a base.
