About You

You will work in Norway, Bergen delivering support to our customers in our region.

Your Key Result Areas
  • Prepare, install and configure computer hardware (laptops and desktops) operating systems for customer
  • Support Teams meeting rooms
  • Deliver computer or other hardware to customer - and assist at first-time login
  • Communicate with customer through a series of actions, either face-to-face or over the phone, to help resolve issues or set up systems
  • Support the lease refresh of hardware
  • Prioritize and manage open cases in our IT management suite (ServiceNow)
  • Assist network-team on tasks regarding network (install network equipment, troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware faults)

  • Experience working as IT Technician or relevant position, or have interest in the area
  • Good diagnostic and problem-solving skills
  • Good collaboration skills
  • Good communication ability English and Norwegian mandatory
  • Car Driving skills manual and automatic

  • In depth understanding of diverse computer systems and networks
  • Good knowledge of internet security and data privacy principles
