Qualifications

• Previous experience in administrative roles within the hospitality industry like manager or operations coordinator.
• Leading by example, maintaining high standards, and having a positive attitude.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and be organised.
• Engage in hands-on tasks and adapt to dynamic needs of a remote resort setting.
• Fluency in English; proficiency in Norwegian/Swedish is a plus.
• Valid work permit for Norway or EU/EEA citizenship.
