Job summary

Ludovica in Tromsø is seeking two part-time booking assistants to join our office team. The role focuses on handling bookings, providing excellent customer communication, and maintaining accurate records. The position runs 50% part-time with weekend shifts in Tromsø Centre from October to March 31.

Experience in customer service is welcomed but not required; Tromsø-based candidates are preferred. Training will be provided as part of joining our international team.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English; other languages are a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Process incoming bookings from customers via email, text, calls, and in person.
• Update and maintain booking systems with accurate information.
• Contribute to reporting and follow-up of customer data to optimize service.
• Support the booking team by ensuring precise data entry.
