Job summary

ConFlip is seeking an experienced Architecture Manager to oversee the architectural design process from conception to completion in the United States. You will lead a team of architects and designers, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

You will manage schedules, budgets, and resources, collaborate with clients to capture their vision, and review technical drawings for accuracy.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in architecture management.
• Licensed architect preferred.
• Proficient with AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp and other design software.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate a team of architects and designers to ensure efficient project delivery.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and requirements and translate them into functional design solutions.
• Develop and maintain project schedules budgets and resource allocation plans.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise.
• Review and approve all architectural drawings and specifications before they are submitted for approval.
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and innovations in architecture design to stay ahead of competition.
