Job summary

L+Z Architecture is seeking an Intermediate Technical Designer to develop technical project aspects, produce drawings, and oversee construction documentation through design phases. You will coordinate with Project Manager and senior staff, applying Revit and AutoCAD to deliver accurate documentation.

The role demands strong knowledge of building codes and LEED awareness, with a focus on risk management and collaboration across disciplines. Office-based role in Rogaland with project teams.

Qualifications

• Professional degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 5–10 years of professional experience in architecture and design.
• Strong interpersonal skills and leadership traits.
• Strong problem solving and decision‑making skills.
• Exhibit increasing levels of responsibility and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Develop working drawing sets through all design phases using Revit and/or AutoCAD.
• Coordinate architectural scope between disciplines and with project team.
• Review building codes and ensure compliance in design development and CD phases.
• Support meetings with clients and consultants; represent the firm in their absence.
• Perform construction administration and monitor project progress to closeout.
