Job summary

Architecture Manager

Location: Svalbard, Norway

Salary: $1200 per month

As an Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing architectural projects from conception to completion. This includes developing project plans, coordinating with clients and stakeholders, and ensuring that projects are completed within budget and on schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop project plans and budgets in collaboration with clients and stakeholders


• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure successful project execution


• Monitor progress of projects and make adjustments as needed to ensure timely completion


• Review architectural drawings and specifications to ensure compliance with building codes and regulations


• Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure quality control


• Manage project budgets and expenses to stay within budget constraints


• Prepare progress reports for clients and stakeholders


• Mentor junior architects and provide guidance on projects

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field


• Minimum 5 years of experience in architectural project management


• Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction methods


• Excellent communication skills


• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously


• Strong leadership skills


• Proficient in AutoCAD or other architectural software
