EuroTech is seeking an experienced Architectural Designer to join our US-based team. The role involves creating architectural plans and drawings, conducting site visits, researching building codes, and collaborating with project managers and clients.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, at least 3 years of experience, and strong skills in AutoCAD and Revit, with excellent communication to present designs and address changes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years experience as an Architectural Designer.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other design software.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of building codes and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with project managers to understand project requirements and client needs
• Conduct site visits to gather information and measurements
• Create detailed architectural plans and drawings using design software
• Research building codes and regulations to ensure compliance in designs
• Communicate with clients to present designs and address any concerns or changes
• Work closely with other team members to ensure projects are completed on time
