Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of experience in analytics engineering, either in-house or as a consultant.
• Hands-on experience with DBT, Snowflake, and Power BI.
• Fluency in English and ability to communicate in at least one Scandinavian language.

• Work with business teams to understand data needs and create self-service solutions.
• Build and maintain efficient, reusable data models and pipelines.
• Make insights accessible through clean Power BI dashboards.
• Promote data literacy by training stakeholders.
