• Hands-on experience with LLMs and generative AI tools.
• Broad technical interest and awareness of tech trends.
• Comfortable in interdisciplinary teams and global contexts; travel willingness.
• Excellent English communication.

Responsibilities

• Shape digital transformation by evaluating capabilities and feasibility studies.
• Manage small agile development teams in IT implementation programs and establish DevOps/CI/CD.
• Oversee technical implementations for cyber resilience and modern IT architectures.
