Tenth Revolution Group is seeking an experienced AI / Software Engineer to join a high-performing product engineering team building next-generation AI-powered applications in Oslo, Norway. You will design scalable backend systems, deploy AI solutions, and contribute to architectural decisions across the development lifecycle.

The role emphasizes hands-on backend development, cloud-native deployment, and collaboration with product and design teams to deliver high-quality software.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of commercial software engineering experience.
• Strong proficiency in Python and modern backend development.
• Experience building and operating cloud-native applications.
• Strong understanding of API design, distributed systems, and software architecture.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and modern DevOps practices.
• Exposure to AI/ML technologies, LLMs, vector databases, or retrieval-based systems.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a collaborative team environment.

This position is suited to an engineer who enjoys solving complex technical challenges, developing scalable backend systems, and deploying AI solutions into production environments. You will play a key role in designing architecture, building intelligent features, and driving technical excellence across the development lifecycle.
