Job summary

Vend is seeking a Security Engineer to own end-to-end application security, including bug triage, code scanning, vulnerability management and incident response. AI agents will be central to daily work and ongoing improvements.

The role spans Nordics with offices in Stockholm, Oslo, or Aarhus, offering a flexible hybrid model with roughly three days remote per week. You will join Vend's Product Security team working to mature agent-based security in production.

Qualifications

• Found and fixed vulnerabilities in real applications.
• Shipped code to production.
• Experience with AI agents is a plus, not required.

Responsibilities

• Own application security work end to end: bug triage, code scanning, vulnerability management, and incidents.
• Develop and scale security investigations with AI agents.
• Collaborate with Nordic teams within Delivery Platforms.
• Investigate risks by tracing requests and testing attacker methods.
