About the Role

We're looking for a highly driven AI Data Center Business Development Executive to join our US-based team. In this role, you'll be the primary force behind our revenue growth, identifying, pursuing, and closing new business with hyperscalers and other key partners who need specialized data center infrastructure for their AI, machine learning (ML), and high-performance computing (HPC) workloads. This isn't just about signing tenants; you'll be a strategic partner, offering custom solutions that can range from a powered shell to a build-to-suit, turnkey facility. You'll use your deep understanding of the AI ecosystem and data center technical solutions to build lasting relationships and deliver long-term tenancies with top-tier customers.

What You Will Be Responsible For

  • Driving Business Growth: You'll create and execute a strategic business development plan, proactively building a robust pipeline from lead generation to deal closure. Your main goal is to deliver leases, joint ventures, or other arrangements that meet key performance criteria.
  • Building Partnerships: You'll cultivate strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers and technical leaders—from CIOs to data center architects. You will act as a trusted advisor, guiding clients through the complexities of developing AI infrastructure.
  • Providing Expert Solutions: You'll deeply understand the unique needs of AI workloads, including the high-density power and cooling requirements of technologies like NVIDIA GPUs. You'll work closely with our internal teams to design and present custom solutions that meet a client's specific performance, scalability, and budget needs.
  • Managing the Business Development Cycle: You'll lead every stage of the business development process, from writing proposals and giving presentations to negotiating contracts and navigating procurement.
  • Sharing Insights: You'll keep a pulse on industry trends and the competitive landscape, providing valuable voice of the customer feedback to help shape our products and strategy.

How you will stand out

  • Proven Business Development Experience: You have a minimum of 5-7 years of experience in B2B solution business development, with a verifiable track record of delivering significant leases with top-tier data center tenants.
  • Data Center Expertise: You have direct experience selling data center solutions, such as powered shell, co-location, or build-to-suit projects.
  • Technical Acumen: You possess a strong technical understanding of AI infrastructure, including high-density power, liquid cooling, and networking. You can confidently explain these complex topics to both technical and executive audiences.
  • Strategic Thinking: You are a natural problem-solver who can navigate complex, multi-stakeholder business development cycles and develop creative solutions for clients.
  • Hyperscale Network: Experience selling to hyperscale cloud providers, large enterprises, or major technology companies.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or similar) or equivalent professional experience.
  • Willingness and ability to travel for client meetings and industry events.
