Role summary

Are you passionate about creating unforgettable experiences and building strong partnerships? As our Activation & Engagement Executive, you’ll play a key role in shaping how our brand comes to life through events, collaborations, and strategic activations. You’ll manage everything from planning and negotiation to execution and performance tracking—ensuring every detail aligns with our vision.

Your main Responsibilities
  • Draft, review, and negotiate agreements with partners, sponsors, vendors, and event agencies.
  • Strategically plan festivals and events, including development of POS and activation materials.
  • Manage relationships with both external partners and internal stakeholders, ensuring clear communication, alignment of expectations, and smooth execution of events and activations from start to finish.
  • Take ownership of budgeting and cost monitoring across all activation activities.
  • Lead project management efforts to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
  • Systematically track and report executed events and activities, aligning with company strategy.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and internal guidelines.
Who you are
  • Experienced in sales and marketing (5+ years), with a bachelor's degree within the relevant field.
  • Skilled communicator in both Norwegian and English.
  • Highly proficient in MS Office, especially PowerPoint, which you’ll use regularly to create clear, engaging presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
  • A team player who thrives on building strong relationships, internally and externally, and understands the value of clear communication, trust, and collaboration in driving successful outcomes.
  • A structured and proactive project manager with a strong analytical thinking and a strategic mindset that helps you see both the details and the bigger picture.
  • Service-minded and collaborative; you enjoy helping others succeed.
  • Solution-oriented with a sharp eye for detail and quality, and able to communicate clearly and confidently with both internal teams and external partners to ensure alignment and smooth execution.
  • Category B driving license

Please note that this role requires travel both during and outside of regular working hours during peak season, in connection with events, festivals, and activations.
