Working Hours

Monday to Thursday: 8.30am – 6.00pm

Friday: 8.30am – 5.30pm

Job Responsibilities

Maintain and update departmental records, databases, and documentation (including SOPs and guidelines) to ensure accuracy and timeliness.

Manage and track system access applications across various platforms.

Ensure completeness and consistency of records and documents.

Provide general administrative support and upkeep of work files and systems.

Requirements

At least 1 year of experience in administrative support, data entry, or clerical work.

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.

Able to work independently with minimal supervision while being a strong team player.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple tasks.

Bonus: Familiarity with macros, scripts, or Python for automating repetitive tasks (e.g., data extraction/processing).
