Qualifications

• Graduating between Sep 2025 and Sep 2027.
• Strong understanding of software engineering principles, algorithms, data structures and system design fundamentals.
• Proficient in Python and familiar with CI/CD, version control and testing.
• Familiar with LLMs, Generative AI, embeddings, vector databases, RAG, MCP and orchestration frameworks such as LangGraph.
• Experience building AI/ML applications via academic projects or competitions.
• Able to translate business needs into practical technology solutions.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Interest in the financial industry.

Your role

We are looking for ambitious graduates to join our Graduate Talent Program within Artificial Intelligence Engineering.

You will design, develop and deploy AI-powered solutions used across the organization. You will collaborate with AI engineers, product managers and business stakeholders while building the technical and consulting skills needed to become a next-generation AI engineer.

You'll Get To

• Design and develop AI agents that automate, augment and optimize business processes across multiple domains.
• Build and enhance Gen-AI applications using prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), embeddings, knowledge retrieval, MCP, LangGraph and emerging agentic AI frameworks.
• Translate business challenges into scalable AI solutions by analyzing workflows, identifying automation opportunities and designing agent-driven experiences.
• Develop integrations between AI agents and enterprise systems, APIs, databases and business applications.
• Contribute across the AI solution lifecycle, including design, development, evaluation, deployment, monitoring and continuous improvement.
• Design evaluation frameworks and apply responsible AI principles to improve quality, reliability, accuracy, safety, governance and business impact.

Your team

You’ll be working in the Chief AI Office (CAIO), which drives the organization's enterprise-wide AI transformation in India. Our mission is to build scalable AI platforms, intelligent agents and reusable capabilities that help teams across the business work smarter and faster, bringing AI solutions from concept to production. You'll work alongside AI engineers, software developers, solution architects, product managers and business experts in a collaborative environment. Through structured learning, mentorship and hands-on delivery, you'll gain exposure to real-world AI challenges while contributing to projects designed to create measurable impact.

We’re Looking For a Candidate Who

• is graduating between September 2025 and September 2027
• has a strong understanding of software engineering principles, algorithms, data structures and system design fundamentals
• is proficient in Python and familiar with modern development practices, including version control, testing and CI/CD concepts
• understands the fundamentals of Large Language Models (LLMs), Generative AI architectures, embeddings, vector databases, RAG, MCP and orchestration frameworks such as LangGraph or similar technologies
• has experience building AI or machine learning applications through academic projects, hackathons, research or other practical work
• can analyze processes, break down complex problems and translate business needs into practical technology solutions
• can evaluate trade-offs among usability, performance, scalability, governance and implementation complexity
• communicates technical concepts clearly to technical and non-technical audiences and thrives in a collaborative environment
• can evidence how experimental and responsible use of AI can improve outcomes and efficiency

Our Graduate Talent Program is 24 months long and is designed to help you develop the skills you need to grow your career. And it continues from there: by learning from your colleagues, you’ll have plenty of opportunities to develop new skills and build your network.
