Job summary

Abbott in the Netherlands is seeking a detail-oriented professional to support quality, EHS, and engineering teams. The role focuses on ensuring 5S, EHS, QMS compliance and daily warehouse operations through resource planning and training documentation.

The candidate should hold a bachelor’s degree or higher, be fluent in English, and demonstrate strong responsibility and teamwork. ISO13485 familiarity is preferred. On-site role with standard office software proficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher is required.
• Strong sense of responsibility, meticulous work, and good teamwork are essential.
• Familiar with ISO13485 regulations and GMP/QMS requirements.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with QA, EHS, and engineering to allocate resources for unloading platform and turnaround warehouse 5S, EHS, QMS and daily operations.
• Define and document required trainings; implement and maintain training records per quality records and compliance requirements.
• Perform receiving, labeling, put-away, issuance, and cycle counts; ensure all operations and records meet quality systems and SOPs.
• Develop long-term strategic targets aligned with company plans to optimize warehouse processes and meet KPI targets.
• Maintain compliant communications with employees, customers, contractors, and suppliers and ensure adherence to policies and procedures.
• Complete other tasks assigned by supervisor.

主要职责/Key Responsibilities：

• 协同质量、EHS、工程等相关部门，提供必要的资源，以满足卸货平台和周转库5S、EHS、QMS和日常运营要求；
• 确保充分的培训被定义，形成文件，并及时执行，并按照质量记录和合规要求提供培训记录；
• 开展物料的收料、标识、库位管理、发料和定期盘点等日常操作，并确保所有操作和记录符合质量体系和SOP要求
• 根据公司战略计划指定相一致的长期战略目标规划，不断优化周转库的流程与操作，达成部门分解的KPI指标
• 遵守ISO13485等法规要求、公司政策、操作程序、流程和任务分配。与各级员工、客户、承包商和供应商保持积极和合作的沟通和协作
• 完成上司安排的其他任务

任职资格/Job Requirements：
